You must give credit to my name and twitter in the bio or description of the content containing the commissioned track. (ex. Produced by Neiku Cervus - https://twitter.com/NeikuAi) you may format this however fits the description, as long as it includes my name and link

I reserve the right to stream the production process on my twitch channel. If you would like the track to be kept a secret please disclose this information prior to me starting the commission.

If the commission is cancelled by the client, or the client fails to pay the agreed upon price, I reserve the right to re-purpose the track for any future project, and the right to sell the track to another client. This also applies to commissions that are cancelled and refunded by me.

I reserve the right to use the completed commission as a sample on my YouTube channel, SoundCloud and/or commission page as well as a sample on my price sheets.

It should go without saying, if a refund is issued you do not have the right to use the track commissioned unless the track is made public by me.

Refunds will not be given out unless I, the producer, fail to deliver the finished product to the client or cancel the commission.

Please understand that the estimated time it takes to make a track is listed without consideration for unforeseen issues arising. In the case I ask for an extension of a deadline due to extenuating circumstances and you decide against it, you may ask for a refund

I do not feel comfortable taking money for tracks that do not meet my own quality standard. Therefore, I will turn down commission requests that do not fall under my own skillset. (Feel free to inquire about any type of song just be aware that I might not take the commission)

Naturally, higher complexity songs may involve additional costs, as well as a longer timeframe for completion.

In the rare case I take a Rushed Commission, there will be additional varying costs depending on the circumstances, current commission queue, and given time limit.

Price for Commercial Usage is double the initial prices.

If you commission a track that will be used for a product that will be sold, I will consider it Commercial Usage

If you are using the commission to advertise products, I will consider it Commercial Usage

If you commissioned a track previously for personal use but want to use it for commercial purposes, you may only do so discussing it with me and getting my permission. ( You will have to pay the price for commercial rights)

To avoid any confusion around this please let me know what you intend to use the commission for.

No Refunds unless I fail to deliver the commission on time

Commercial Use is 2X the original price

I may use the commission as a sample in the portfolio
